As much as 3 to 5 inches of rain have fallen in this area this afternoon. An additional 1 to 3 inches could fall through 630 PM, resulting in flash flooding, especially around Jacksonboro. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
